All fees paid to BRINCO are for platform access, professional services, verification, and facilitation.

Fees are non-refundable as per BRINCO's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payment of fees does not guarantee:

• Franchise approval
• Investment success
• Returns or profitability

4. Investor & Brand Responsibility

Investors must conduct independent due diligence before investing

Brands are solely responsible for operations, compliance, performance, and delivery

BRINCO is not responsible for business outcomes or disputes

5. Data & Confidentiality

All information, financials, projections, and proposals shared on BRINCO are confidential.

Users agree not to:

• Copy, misuse, or distribute platform data
• Bypass BRINCO to approach brands or investors directly
• Use information for unauthorized commercial purposes

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on BRINCO belong exclusively to BRINCO and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BRINCO shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses
• Business failures
• Brand or investor decisions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at the user's sole discretion and responsibility.
