1. Non-Refundable Nature

All payments made to BRINCO, including but not limited to:

  • Registration fees
  • Subscription fees
  • Listing fees
  • Processing fees
  • Deal facilitation fees

are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing by BRINCO.

2. Exception Handling

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made
  • A technical error occurred on BRINCO’s systems

In such cases, requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.

3. No Refund for Business Outcomes

BRINCO does not guarantee:

  • Franchise approvals
  • Investment success
  • Brand selection
  • Profitability

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind
